Three professional artists address racial equity in the performing arts. Panelists will include Anthony Stockard, Producing Artistic Director of the Norfolk State University Theatre Company; Theresa Ruth Howard, former company member of Dance Theater of Harlem and an activist hailed by the New York Times as a “force of change in Ballet;” and Ismar Gomes, an internationally acclaimed cellist, recording artist, and member of both the Richmond and Virginia Symphony Orchestras. Viewers will be encouraged to submit questions and comments via the YouTube comments window.
